Discounted Labs Refund Policy

Our refund fee is $15.  Lab orders are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. Lab orders not used within this period will expire. You can extend your order for an extra 90 days if you email us before your order expires.

You may cancel an order and get a refund if:

(1) you have not had your blood drawn and

(2) the order is canceled within 180 days from its purchase date.

If the order is canceled within 30 days of the purchase date, the total lab order invoice amount will be refunded minus a $15 cancellation processing fee.

If the order is canceled after 30 days and before 180 days, you will receive a credit for the purchase amount minus a $15 handling fee. This credit can be applied to any future order placed within three months of the cancellation date request.

 

Refunds can only be provided after 180 days from the order date.

If DiscountedLabs or Quest misses a lab test in the lab requisition form or results, Discounted Labs will accommodate by sending the customer a lab requisition form for the missed lab test at no cost.
